Your leather is strap cut, then the straps are point, hole and slotted.  You choose the tip shape, the hole size and slot that suits your buckles.  Finally we can round, stain and polish the edges of the belt to give you a high quality silky smooth edge.  We can also shave down the buckle end to make it easier to stitch on a buckle.

If you are not happy with a raw cut, flat edge, then the edge can be trimmed to give a rounded finish.  We can then edge stain the strap or if you prefer we use a wax ink which is then be polished to give a silky smooth finish.

  Foil Stamping and Branding
 
Product Description :
We also offer a foil stamping service.  We can foil stamp the back of your belts with your company logo and other details.  If you prefer to have your logo on the front of the belt, then a placement brand on the tip or the back of the belt could be another option.  We can arrange for stamping blocks to be made to suit you artwork.

  Sandwich Belts
 
Product Description :
If your leather is not thick enough to make a belt on its own, then we can back it with another leather ar a synthetic material to give it extra body.  Then we will do all the necessary finishing so that it is ready for you to attach the buckle.

We can arrange for your shaped pattern to be made into a knife which can then cut your leather into shaped belts.

  Strap Cutting
 
Product Description :
Your belt leather can be strap cut into your choice of width, which can then be used for handbag straps or finished for belts.

  Zipped Money Belts
 
Product Description :
Leather of around 4mm in thickness is ideal for this belt.  The leather gets strap cut, split open and then has the zipper inserted.  Many processes later the belt is assembles together again and after the final finishing is ready for you to stitch and buckle.
