In 1967 brothers John, Vittorio, Silvio and Vincenzo Mignone saw the opportunity to use their many years of experience in the footwear and components sector to start their own business in the then thriving Australian footwear industry.  JVS Strappings began the journey to what is now a very successful family business.
Although the manufacturing of Australian footwear is almost extinct, JVS Strappings is still in family hands and now caters to a wider range of industries. -Leather and synthetic strapping and lacings for shoes         -Preparing leather straps for ladies and gents belts  -Bindings and plaited bands for hats -Cutting, fringing and strapping for adult products -Bindings and pipings for automotive and marine trimming -Binding and strapping for hand bags -Roll cutting a wide range of material from paper to tarpaulin Our objective is to provide our customers with a high quality, Australian made product.  We aim to offer the highest quality of customer service, starting with our individual  attention to  our customer’s needs and a quick production turn around to customer’s orders.   We can deliver this because you will be dealing with the owners of the business and all manufacturing is done by us in our Preston factory.  Add to this our well trained and enthusiastic staff and you have what every customer deserves.  QUALITY, SERVICE and RELIABILITY.
